Gastronomie & terroir

The chef, Philippe Clauss, welcomes you all year round to his gastronomic restaurant. He comes from a family of cooks dating back to 1874 when the establishment was a simple inn and where visitors were already able to appreciate fine meals.
Philippe’s recipes are inspired by his surroundings, and he will help you to discover all the specialities and flavours of the Alsace region.


Bistronomy and flavours from the south

The O’Berges du Moulin is housed in the old sawmill, on the banks of the Muehlgiessen, a branch of the River Ill that used to provide water for the millwheel of the Moulin. Sébastien Werlé (former sous-chef to Philippe Clauss) welcomes you into a cosy, rustic dining-room that overlooks the river. His cuisine is inspired by the authentic flavours of Provençal cooking..
